Find Leonardo's - Illustrated transparent book
It is a book that conforms a beautiful object itself. It plays with the transparency of the paper and involves the reader with every page flip.
The illustrations represent the most famous gallery of the Louvre Museum. At the beginning you can barely see the small masterpiece of Leonardo da Vinci, as it is hidden in between the cameras, smart phones and selfie's sticks.
The reader will have to move slowly among the tourists, page by page to reach the famous picture. The book is designed so that the eye goes through each page, delights within the illustration's details and the small stories that each character offers. It also hides a secret reward. The most fussy reader will find a famous quotation (from Gioconda's author), hidden among its pages.
I wanted to point out, (with some sense of humor) the irony of some contemporary realities . I try to raise awareness of the importance of not remaining on the surface, (the banal selfie and the touristic photo). Suggest to stop and then admire the artworks. All this inside a beautiful, tangible, and original object.
I've also created a pattern design using the characters of this illustrations. I applied this pattern to create beautiful objects.

Es un libro que conforma un objeto hermoso mismo. Juega con la transparencia del papel e involucra al lector con cada vuelta de página.
Las ilustraciones representan la galería más famosa del museo del Louvre. Al principio, apenas se puede ver la pequeña obra maestra de Leonardo da Vinci, ya que está escondido entre las cámaras, los teléfonos inteligentes y los palos de selfie. El lector tendrá que moverse lentamente entre los turistas, página a página para llegar al famoso cuadro.
El libro está diseñado para que el ojo pase por cada página, se deleite en los detalles y las pequeñas historias que cada personaje ofrece, además de ocultar una recompensa secreta.
El lector más detallista encontrará una famosa cita (del autor de Gioconda), escondida entre sus páginas.
Mi intención ha sido crear una obra que, con cierto humor, señale la ironía de algunas realidades contemporáneas. Trato de dar a conocer la importancia de no permanecer en la superficie, (el banal selfie y la foto turística) y sugiero parar, para luego admirar las obras de arte.
Todo esto dentro de un objeto hermoso, tangible y original.
También he creado un patrón de repetición con el que he creado bonitos objetos
